This project involved the comprehensive UI/UX design for a web application leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance home healthcare. The system proactively monitors patient conditions, identifies potential changes, and provides critical insights to care providers, enabling timely and informed interventions.

The primary design challenge lay in addressing the divergent needs and expectations of various user groups. Administrators required access to extensive metrics for oversight, while frontline healthcare professionals needed a streamlined interface presenting clear, actionable information without causing cognitive overload. Balancing these competing requirements while understanding the distinct goals and pain points of business stakeholders, administrators, and care providers was paramount.

Employing a user-centered design methodology, we focused on creating a centralized, responsive data visualization hub. Through detailed user journey mapping and UX flow documentation (Google Docs), we identified essential information pathways. The final design organizes complex AI-generated data into an intuitive single-view interface, accessible across devices. This hub provides healthcare professionals with up-to-date, prioritized patient information and predictive alerts, empowering them to make critical decisions efficiently and proactively manage patient care.
