Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how you stay in control.
Who is responsible
Calude Marius Cristian PFA (CUI 24815915), a sole proprietorship in Romania trading as Zenetic, is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question, write to contact@zenetic.net.
What we collect, why and for how long
Contact form. Your name, work email and the message you write. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project, which is our legitimate interest and a step you asked for before a contract. We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last message, then delete it.
Booking a call. Booking links open a Cal.com page. Cal.com collects the details you enter there (name, email, time zone, notes) and sends them to us so we can hold the call. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to what it processes. We keep booking details for up to 24 months after the call.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
When you first visit, a small banner asks whether we may use analytics. Until you press “Accept”, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, so we can improve the site. Your choice (accept or refuse) is saved in your browser (local storage, key “consent”) for 12 months, then we ask again. You can change your mind at any time with the “Privacy settings” button at the bottom of every page; refusing removes the analytics cookies we set.
Theme choice. If you use the light/dark switch in the header, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage, key “theme”) so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device, is not sent to us and is not used to identify you.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its purpose: Netlify (hosting and forms), Cal.com (scheduling) and Google (Google Analytics 4, only with your consent). We do not sell personal data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and this does not affect what we did before. Email contact@zenetic.net and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro (opens in a new tab)), or to the authority in your own country.
Children and changes
This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date.
