Challenge

Protime is an European leader in time and attendance solutions for medium to large sized companies.

Protime offers a wide range of custom software solutions for salary processing, workforce management, effective HR policy and much more. With the evolution of mobile devices in the recent years, a new mobile user interface design was required for phones and tablets. This would allow its users to leave office and stay clocked in at the same time. The new mobile application will enable the users to clock in/out on specific costs and also to manage their work time directly from the mobile phone.

Mobile user interface design prototype

When doing the mobile interface design prototype we ensured to cover all the necessary functionalities that would allow the managers and their teams to be one tap away from registering their day to day actions and timelined activities without having to leave the main screen. Our design approach was: “One screen to rule them all!”
